MISSION STATEMENT. The PeopleCare Center is a private non-profit organization in Somerset County which provides a physical plant to house non-profit agencies and organizations at below market cost. The Center seeks to maximize the accomplishment of community service goals by encouraging sharing of human and physical resources.
